Seat and storage expiration
Resource purchases have their own validity periods. Check Storage → History and Seats → History in the purchase dialog before they expire, especially during a collaborative production.
Project Seats expire
Expired seats no longer increase the participant limit. If the crew exceeds the remaining limit, affected members may be frozen and unable to edit. Their existing work remains in the project.
Restore the needed seats or reduce the crew to fit the current limit. Collaboration also requires active Team or Business membership.
Extra Storage expires
Expired storage no longer contributes to available capacity. If used space remains below the new limit, you can continue normally. If it exceeds the limit, adding, uploading, and generating content is restricted.
Free space by deleting unneeded content or purchase Extra Storage. Existing content remains available to view, play, and download. Check any storage notice for the terms that apply to your account.
Studio Bundle expires
The bundle's 35 project seats and 500 GB storage end together. Check both crew size and file usage. Buying seats alone will not resolve a storage shortage, and buying storage alone will not increase the participant limit.
Membership ends while resources remain valid
| Resource | Membership dependence |
|---|---|
| Extra Storage | Keeps its own purchased validity |
| Project Seats | Requires active Team or Business for collaboration |
| Studio Bundle | Benefits pause without active Team or Business and are restored on renewal |
A paused membership-dependent benefit is different from an expired resource. Check the records to determine which purchase or subscription needs attention.
See Manage your subscription, Buy extra resources, and Manage full storage.
