Understand credits

Credits pay for AI processing in Audimind, including Smart Scripting, AI narration, Smart Alignment, Smart Review, and AI audio generation. Manual script editing and uploading your own recordings do not themselves consume AI credits.

The Standard Top-Up rate is US$1 = 10,000 credits.

Credits and membership

Credits pay for processing; membership unlocks plan benefits such as batch tools, export options, storage, and collaboration. Buying credits does not upgrade your membership, and subscribing does not make all AI generation unlimited.

A Benefit Window is the monthly period used for subscription-credit grants. Check the dates in your credit history for each grant. Annual membership billing does not turn this monthly allowance into a single annual grant.

How credits are used

The system uses credits with the earliest expiration first. For grants with the same expiration, bonus credits are used before subscription credits, followed by purchased credits. You do not need to select a credit type for each operation.

Your available balance excludes credits already reserved for processing. A charge shown before you start tells you what the operation is expected to use; its record shows the final result.

Account restrictions

Credits belong to your account. They cannot be transferred to another user, withdrawn as cash, or exchanged for membership, seats, or storage. Purchased credits retain their original expiration after membership ends.

Before deleting an account, review its credits and export any work you need. Account deletion does not transfer those credits to a new account.
