Credit expiration
Each credit grant has an expiration date. Check your history before a large production, especially if part of your balance comes from monthly grants.
Validity by credit type
| Type | Expiration rule |
|---|---|
| Bonus Credits | 31 × 24 hours from the time they are granted |
| Subscription Credits | Remain available across two consecutive Benefit Windows and expire at the start of the third |
| Purchased Credits, including Boost Packs | 36 calendar months from grant |
A Benefit Window is the monthly period used for subscription-credit grants. Subscription credits do not remain valid indefinitely simply because your membership renews. An annual membership still issues these credits monthly.
Check upcoming expirations
- Hover over Credits in the page sidebar.
- Select View usage, or open the purchase dialog and select History beside Credits.
- Review your credit grants, remaining amounts, and expiration dates.
The dates in each record are more useful than a single total balance. Check Messages for any credit notifications, but do not rely on reminders as your only way to track expiration.
When membership ends
Purchased credits keep their original expiration dates. Subscription credits already granted retain their own validity, but new subscription grants stop when paid membership benefits end.
Plan purchases around usage
Audimind uses the soonest-expiring credits first. Buy additional credits based on the work you expect to do rather than accumulating a large balance. If subscription grants regularly expire unused, review whether your plan still matches your production needs.
Expired credits are no longer available for new operations. If a record looks incorrect, contact support with the grant details.
