Purchase a membership, credits, or resources
The purchase dialog separates three types of purchase: recurring Membership, one-time Credits, and fixed-duration Resources. Check the selected tab and product before paying.
Open the purchase dialog
Hover over Credits in the page sidebar. Use Subscribe or Upgrade for membership options, or Top Up for credits. A paid-feature prompt may also link to the relevant purchase option.
Choose your purchase

The top row shows your current plan, credits, storage, and seats. Use Manage and History beside the relevant item to review an existing purchase.
Pay through Dodo
- Select the product and its available options.
- Check the total and the purchase terms.
- Select the purchase button to continue to Dodo checkout.
- Complete the checkout fields and choose from the payment methods available there.
- After payment, return to Audimind and check that your membership, credits, or resources have updated.
Payment methods and the final amount are shown in checkout. For a membership, also review the recurring billing terms. Credits and resource purchases are separate from membership renewal.
If payment does not complete
Check whether an order or payment already exists before trying again. If checkout reports a failure, follow its instructions and retry when appropriate.
If payment succeeds but the purchase is not reflected in Audimind, refresh and check the relevant history. If the problem continues, contact support with your account and order reference. Do not make repeated purchases to correct a delayed update.
