Troubleshoot AI processing

Before retrying a paid operation, check Processing and its usage record. A page that stops responding does not necessarily mean the server failed.

Smart Scripting

Processing failed: read the task error and check the manuscript and available credits. Failed portions are not charged; a completed result can be charged even if your browser lost its connection.

Character assignments are wrong: correct them in Script Editor. Use character replacement or merge tools where appropriate. Review the text before regenerating an entire chapter, because another successful generation consumes credits.

The balance looks sufficient but processing is blocked: check the available balance after reserved credits and confirm which account pays. Project processing uses the creator's credits.

AI narration

Problem	What to check
Unnatural phrasing or pauses	Punctuation, sentence structure, and pause settings
Wrong emotion or delivery	Emotion tags, prompts, and the selected voice
Incorrect pronunciation	Pronunciation controls available for the selected voice and language
Voice does not fit the character	Voice assignment and a short sample before regenerating
Audio will not play	Player state, system volume, browser audio permission, and a downloaded copy where available

Check the charge before regenerating. Refreshing a page will not repair an already-generated audio file.

Smart Alignment

Upload a clear recording of the selected character, preferably without music or overlapping voices. Check the chapter range and script before submitting. Accent, noise, retakes, and differences from the script can reduce matching accuracy.

Review unmatched clips and incorrect matches manually. Completed transcription may still be charged even if matching needs correction. Reusing the same unchanged audio can avoid a new transcription charge; check the displayed fee.

Voice Design

Generated voices can vary between attempts. Use a specific description and representative sample text, then compare the available results. Save the voice you want to keep and check personal Assets → AI Voices.

A task stays in Processing

Check its status before submitting another copy. If it fails, read the error and correct the cause before retrying. If it remains in progress unexpectedly, contact support with the task, project, and approximate start time.
