Manage members
Use the team's member area for organizational access and a project's Crew panel for participation in that production. Changing one level can have a different effect from changing the other.
View and find members
Review display names, user IDs, membership in the team or project, assigned roles, and status. Use search and available filters to find the right person before changing access.
Change access or duties
- Team administrator: manages team membership and shared resources.
- Project role: controls the operations a crew member may perform.
- Project duty: determines assigned production tasks.
- Freeze access: temporarily restricts participation while keeping the member record.
- Remove: ends membership in the selected team or Crew.
Only authorized members can manage these settings. Read the action's scope before confirming, especially when it affects all team projects.
Removing a crew member
The current removal flow cancels the member's unfinished tasks. For a voice actor, it also removes the relevant character-to-performer bindings. Completed production work and historical contributions remain in the project.
Review the newly unassigned characters and tasks so that another member can take them over.
Release one duty
Releasing a duty keeps the person in the team or project. The duty-release flow blocks release when completed work under that duty must retain its attribution. If release is allowed, unfinished tasks are canceled; recording duties also require the associated character assignments to be removed.
Frozen access and reduced seat limits
Frozen members cannot continue editing, uploading, or generating content. Their existing work is retained. Resource expiration can also freeze participants beyond the project's available seat limit; check the affected-member list before deciding whether to remove members or restore resources.
Restoring a membership or seat entitlement is different from manually unfreezing an access restriction. Check the reason shown for the frozen status.
