Credits balance and history

Credit history shows where your balance came from and which operations used it. Use it to check an upcoming expiration, investigate a charge, or understand a project's AI costs.

Open credit history

Hover over Credits in the page sidebar and select View usage. You can also open the purchase dialog and select History beside Credits in the top row.

Credit grants

Review each grant's type, amount, date, remaining balance, and expiration where shown. Bonus Credits, Subscription Credits, and Purchased Credits follow different expiration rules.

Usage statistics

Choose a date range and, where available, a project. Usage is grouped by services such as Smart Scripting, AI narration, Smart Alignment, Smart Review, and other AI audio tools. Use the available day or month view to compare spending over time.

To estimate a project's total cost, select the project and a date range covering its production. Make sure the range includes all relevant processing dates.

Individual charges

Open a usage record to inspect its details. Depending on the operation, the record may show:

  • Smart Scripting: the document and billed text-character count.
  • AI narration: the chapter or segments, character and voice, text-character count, and credits used.
  • Smart Alignment: the original audio, duration, and charge.
  • Smart Review: the chapter, audio processed for transcripts, and charge.

For a collaborative project, use the member filter where available to see which collaborator triggered an operation. Project processing is charged to the project creator; personal AI audio tools are charged to the person using them.

Questions about a charge

Check whether processing succeeded, partly succeeded, or failed. A disconnected browser does not necessarily mean the server stopped processing. Open Processing to check the task, then compare it with the usage record.

If the record still appears incorrect, contact support with the project, operation, date, and order reference where available.
