Project seats
Project seats set the maximum number of people who can collaborate within one project. They are a participant limit per project, not a shared pool of people across your account.
How the limit works
If your limit is 25 seats, Project A can have up to 25 participants and Project B can also have up to 25. People in Project A do not reduce Project B's limit. Include the project creator when planning your crew size.
Team membership includes 25 project seats; Business includes 50. Free and Personal do not include team collaboration.
Increase the limit
With an active Team or Business membership, you can purchase:
- Project Seats: $3 per additional seat for one month, or $30 for one year.
- Studio Bundle: +35 project seats and +500 GB storage, $29 for one month or $290 for one year.
For example, Team's 25 seats plus a Studio Bundle's 35 seats gives a limit of 60 participants per project while both benefits are available.

When a limit is reached or reduced
If a project has reached its seat limit, remove members who no longer need access or buy more seats before inviting additional participants.
If extra seats expire or membership benefits end, members beyond the available limit may be frozen and unable to continue editing. This does not delete their recordings or work. Restore the required membership or resources to restore the applicable access.
Project Seats and Studio Bundle benefits require an active Team or Business membership. Check resource history for each purchase's validity. A member being manually frozen for access control is different from a resource benefit being paused.
