Why am I asked to mix first?

The chapter has no usable mix or has changes that need to be included. Open Chapters on the creation page, select Mixing from the chapter's menu, and retry the download after processing finishes.

Why is a chapter missing from Final Audio?

Check that it has mixed audio. In a collaborative project, also check that it has reached the completed stage of the configured workflow. Completing your own task does not always complete the chapter's entire workflow.

Why can I only download MP3?

WAV export is a membership benefit. Check the current plan and the available export options. Confirm file specifications against your distributor's requirements.

Where is my batch download?

Open Processing → Processing Tasks and check the export task. If it completed, use the notification's download link. If it failed, review the error details and retry after resolving the cause. For a task that remains stuck, contact support with its details.

What does the update indicator mean?

A newer mix was created after your last download. Download again to obtain that version. This differs from edits made since the latest mix: those edits still need to be mixed before they appear in a downloaded file.

Why does the download sound different from my preview?

Confirm that you compared the same chapter and version. Timeline playback can include edits that are not yet in the mixed file, and final export can include configured intro/outro audio. Mix the chapter again, download the updated file, and compare it.

Why can I not open Export or download a file?

Your account may lack the required project permission. Ask the project creator or a member who manages permissions to check access to Final Audio and the relevant audio or script download action.

Does downloading use storage or credits?

Downloading an existing file does not itself generate AI audio or add a new recording to your storage. Preparing or updating the audio is a separate operation: AI generation can require credits, and generating or uploading new audio can be affected by storage limits. Follow the message for the operation that is blocked.

Can I publish directly to another platform?

Direct distribution is marked Coming soon. Download the audio and publish it using your distributor's own tools.
