When a Studio Bundle or membership ends
A Studio Bundle expiring is different from its required membership ending. Check both records when bundle resources become unavailable.
The bundle expires
The bundle's 35 project seats and 500 GB storage stop contributing to your available resources. If a crew exceeds the remaining seat limit, affected members may be frozen. If storage exceeds the remaining capacity, adding content is restricted.
Review your project participant counts and storage use before the bundle ends. Buy the resources you still need, or reduce usage within your remaining allowance.
Team or Business membership ends
Studio Bundle benefits require an active Team or Business membership. When it ends, benefits pause; renew a qualifying membership to restore them. Buying another bundle alone does not restore the missing collaboration membership.
Restore access
- Open the purchase dialog and check Current plan → Manage.
- Check Storage → History and Seats → History for resource records.
- Restore the membership or resources that are missing.
- Check the updated capacity and affected crew members.
Existing projects and audio are not deleted simply because these benefits end. Before deleting files to reduce storage, export anything you need.
See Manage your subscription, Buy extra resources, and Manage full storage.
