View subscriptions and purchase history

Use purchase history to confirm an order, check your current subscription, or provide a reference when contacting support.

Open the relevant record

Open the purchase dialog from the sidebar Credits menu. Its top row provides these entries:

Current plan → Manage	View or manage your membership subscription
Credits → History	View credit grants and purchases
Storage → History	View storage purchase records
Seats → History	View project-seat purchase records
Storage → Manage	Review and manage storage use

Membership records

Check the plan, billing interval, status, payment amount, and dates available in subscription management. An active subscription and a scheduled change are different: review the effective date of a change before relying on the new benefits.

Credit and resource records

Credit history distinguishes Bonus Credits, Subscription Credits, and Purchased Credits. Check the amount granted and its expiration, rather than only the account's total balance.

Resource records cover Extra Storage, Project Seats, and Studio Bundle purchases. Check each purchase's quantity and end date; these resources have their own validity periods.

Payment references and receipts

Keep the Audimind order reference and the Dodo payment confirmation. The payment provider's transaction reference may differ from the order reference displayed in Audimind. Provide the references you have when asking support to investigate a payment.

Use the receipt or invoice options supplied with your purchase where available. Follow the information in checkout and the payment confirmation for billing details.
