When paid membership benefits end
Paid benefits can end after you cancel renewal or when a subscription is no longer active. Check the end date and status in subscription management.
What changes?
| Area | What happens when the relevant paid benefits end |
|---|---|
| Projects and existing audio | Retained; membership ending does not itself delete them |
| Batch tools and paid export options | Access follows the resulting membership plan |
| Included storage | Capacity changes to the resulting plan's allowance |
| Collaboration and project seats | Require active Team or Business membership |
| Studio Bundle | Benefits pause without the required membership |
| Purchased Extra Storage | Keeps its own purchased validity period |
| Purchased credits | Keep their original expiration dates |
| Subscription credits | New grants stop; already-granted credits follow their original validity |
Collaborative projects
A project does not automatically switch to solo mode when collaboration benefits end. Crew members may remain listed, but collaborative editing is restricted. Renewing a qualifying membership restores access to the applicable benefits.
If storage exceeds the new limit
Existing content is available to view, play, and download, but adding, uploading, or generating content is restricted while storage is over the limit. Delete unneeded files or buy Extra Storage; renewing an appropriate membership can also increase capacity.
Before deleting anything, download work you need and check what the deletion will remove. See Manage full storage.
Canceling versus ending access
Canceling automatic renewal stops future renewal payments. It does not usually end the current paid period immediately: use the end date shown in subscription management. See Manage your subscription.
For resource purchases, check their own expiration records. A resource expiring and a membership ending are different events. See Seat and storage expiration.
