This Policy applies to purchases of Audimind software memberships, additional seats, Standard Credits, member Boost packages, and other eligible digital software features sold through an Audimind checkout (collectively, "Purchases"). It forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read with the Credits Policy.
Where an eligible Purchase is processed by a third-party payment processor or merchant of record identified at or before checkout (the "Payment Provider"), the Payment Provider processes payment, tax, invoicing, refunds, disputes, and buyer-support functions according to its role in the transaction and under its own buyer terms. Where the Payment Provider acts as merchant of record, it is the contractual seller or reseller for the transaction to the extent stated at checkout. Audimind supplies and operates the software and determines product entitlements subject to applicable law and the applicable Payment Provider's process.
This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law gives a non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, remedy, or cooling-off right, that law controls.
Audimind does not offer a general 30-day money-back guarantee. A cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself refund the current paid period.
For a payment made through a Payment Provider, use the buyer-support link or portal identified at checkout, in the order confirmation, or on the receipt. You may also contact service@audimind.ai with:
Do not send full payment-card numbers. Where a Payment Provider processes the transaction, Audimind may ask that Payment Provider to process an approved adjustment, and final payment handling may require the Payment Provider's systems and review.
Users may cancel a recurring membership through the account billing interface or the buyer portal made available by the applicable Payment Provider. Unless law or an approved refund provides otherwise:
A user should cancel before the next renewal. Processing time, bank settlement, time-zone differences, or a pending renewal may affect whether a payment has already been completed.
Where the applicable Payment Provider supports it, an eligible upgrade or monthly-to-annual change may take effect immediately using that Payment Provider's proration or adjustment process. An eligible downgrade or annual-to-monthly change normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. A proration adjustment is a subscription billing calculation, not a discretionary refund.
Credits already validly issued are not re-priced or converted to cash merely because a plan changes. The entitlements attached to a fully refunded transaction are handled under Section 9.
Except where law requires otherwise, membership charges are nonrefundable after the paid service period begins. We may approve a full or partial refund for:
Dissatisfaction with a generated result, a change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or failure to use the membership does not ordinarily qualify where the software was available as described.
Standard Credits and member Boost packages are closed-loop digital software usage units. If any Credits from the purchased lot have been consumed, the Purchase is generally nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise or the charge was duplicate, unauthorized, or caused by a verified system error.
If no Credits from the purchased lot have been consumed, a refund request may be considered under applicable law and the applicable Payment Provider's process. Approval is not automatic. An approved refund reverses the unconsumed balance of the transaction-linked lot; it does not take unrelated Credits from another source.
Additional-seat charges follow the applicable subscription period and proration shown at checkout. Removal scheduled for the next period is not a refund of the current period. A duplicate, unauthorized, or system-error charge may be reviewed.
Credits are charged only under the applicable successful-task rules. Subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered output does not ordinarily qualify for a cash refund. A verified technical failure is handled first through an automatic Credit reversal or permitted retry under the Credits Policy, rather than a cash refund.
When a task is not successfully delivered because of a qualifying technical failure, affected Credits are returned to the original Credit type and lot with the original expiry date. This is a ledger correction, not a payment refund. It does not extend expiry, revive already expired Credits, or create a new cash right.
System retries must not create duplicate charges. A successful user-requested regeneration may be a new charge unless it is an included retry for the relevant feature.
Some jurisdictions provide a withdrawal period for distance contracts. Where permitted by law and presented at checkout, a user who requests immediate supply or begins consuming digital service may be asked to expressly consent to performance beginning and acknowledge the effect on a statutory withdrawal right. The legal result depends on the user's jurisdiction, the Purchase, the information shown at checkout, and whether required consent and confirmation were properly obtained.
Nothing in this Policy states that every consumer automatically loses a withdrawal right merely by creating an account or activating a membership.
Audimind and the applicable Payment Provider may verify transaction status, service availability, task results, Credit-lot consumption, account access, communications, and relevant fraud indicators. We may request additional information reasonably needed to decide the request.
Where a Payment Provider processes the transaction, an approved refund is returned by that Payment Provider to the original payment method where practicable. Settlement timing depends on the applicable Payment Provider, payment network, bank, currency conversion, and law. Processing fees, foreign-exchange differences, or bank fees are handled as required by law and the Payment Provider's terms.
A partial refund must be created as an explicit support or finance adjustment. It must identify the affected transaction, items or service period, Paid-Through Date if changed, and Credit lots to be adjusted. Audimind does not infer a partial entitlement change from an unexplained payment amount.
While an approved or credible refund request is pending, Audimind may temporarily freeze the unconsumed balance of the transaction-linked Credit lot to prevent further consumption. A pending refund does not by itself terminate a membership or remove unrelated entitlements. When the request is resolved, we either apply the approved adjustment or release the hold.
For entitlement purposes, a completed full refund treats the affected transaction as if it had not successfully funded the refunded Purchase. Audimind recomputes account entitlements from the remaining valid transactions and applies the following rules:
A partial refund applies only the explicit entitlement and lot adjustments approved for that refund.
A chargeback is a payment dispute raised through a bank, card network, wallet, or other payment provider. Users should contact Audimind or the applicable Payment Provider first when practicable so a billing issue can be investigated without unnecessary disruption. This does not waive a user's lawful dispute rights.
When Audimind receives a chargeback warning, inquiry, or high-confidence dispute signal, we may review risk and place a transaction-level hold on the affected unconsumed Credit lot. We do not automatically terminate membership solely because an inquiry exists.
When a chargeback becomes effective, the transaction is treated as unsuccessful for entitlement purposes. Audimind recomputes membership, seat, storage, and Credit entitlements using the same source-linked rules in Section 9.
Account-wide consumption or generation may be restricted only where reasonably supported by factors such as:
Otherwise, controls should remain limited to the affected transaction or entitlement where practicable.
If the dispute is resolved in Audimind's favor and payment is restored, Audimind restores only the remaining entitlement that the original transaction would still provide. Restored Credits retain their original type, lot, and expiry date. A reversal does not extend a subscription, restart a benefit window, or revive Credits that would already have expired.
Audimind may request a recovery payment only where there is documented unrecovered usage, fraud, unauthorized use, or comparable payment risk. It is not the default response to every refund or chargeback. A recovery payment settles only the identified amount or risk; it does not automatically reinstate an expired membership or consumed Credits. Restoration, if any, must be separately confirmed.
Report a suspected unauthorized transaction promptly to Audimind and the applicable Payment Provider. Audimind may secure the account, revoke sessions, pause relevant entitlements, and request evidence. A report made by someone who voluntarily shared account or payment access may require additional investigation and is not automatically treated as card theft.
Generated or uploaded content is not automatically deleted when a membership ends or a payment is refunded or disputed. Access may become read-only, storage may be reduced, or content may be subject to the retention and deletion process in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Audimind may retain records needed for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, rights complaints, or legal compliance.
Users should export content they are entitled to retain before access ends. A refund does not transfer ownership of Audimind software, third-party materials, or voice rights.
We may update this Policy for legal, provider, product, pricing, or risk changes. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date and additional notice where required. The version in effect when a transaction occurred generally governs that transaction, except where law requires otherwise or a later version is more favorable and expressly applied.
