Audimind Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of Audimind's websites, software, artificial-intelligence features, workspaces, APIs, content-generation tools, storage, Credits, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

The Services are professional software tools for creating and managing authorized audio projects. Audimind is not a marketplace for buying or selling human services, voices, identities, or user-generated content. Audimind Credits are closed-loop software usage units and may not be sold, exchanged, transferred for value, or used as stored value.

Users and workspace owners are responsible for all inputs, instructions, content, audio materials, outputs, transactions, and activity under their accounts, including activity by invited members.

1. AI Voice Design and prohibited impersonation

Audimind's AI Voice Design feature is intended for fictional, creative, and production-oriented voice creation from descriptive, non-identifying characteristics within audiobook and spoken-audio workflows. It is not intended for personal identity replication, voice authentication, or representation of a real individual. The current version of Audimind does not provide a feature intended to clone, reproduce, replicate, or create a model of the identifiable voice of a real person. Recording, editing, Smart Alignment, Smart Review, and other production features may process lawfully submitted recordings, but those functions do not authorize the creation of a real-person voice replica.

Users must not:

  • impersonate another person or create a false appearance that an identifiable person said, endorsed, approved, or participated in something;
  • use prompts, recordings, settings, or any combination of tools to copy, reproduce, approximate, or create a confusingly similar version of an identifiable person's voice;
  • generate deceptive synthetic audio, fabricated statements, false endorsements, false evidence, or other content that misrepresents a speaker's identity or participation;
  • use a voice or synthetic audio to deceive, defraud, manipulate authentication, conduct social engineering or vishing, evade disclosure duties, or cause reputational or economic harm;
  • target a public figure, politician, government official, celebrity, performer, voice actor, employee, customer, private individual, minor, or deceased person for voice imitation or unauthorized identity representation;
  • remove or obscure a disclosure that synthetic or altered audio is required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent deception; or
  • use a lawfully submitted recording outside the scope, territory, duration, media, or purpose authorized by the relevant rights holder.

Audimind may review prompts, audio inputs, similarity signals, identity complaints, or other relevant evidence; pause generation; disable an AI Voice Design asset or Generated Output; or refuse a use where identity, rights, or safety risks are reasonably suspected. A failure by Audimind to request evidence does not relieve the user of responsibility.

Audimind may separately evaluate professional licensed-voice programs, voice-actor partnerships, or other rights-managed offerings in the future. Any such offering, if made available, would require separate availability, identity and rights verification, additional agreements and controls, regional restrictions where applicable, and a separate compliance review. Nothing in this AUP represents that real-person voice reproduction or a professional voice marketplace is currently available through the current version of Audimind.

2. Fraud, deception, and harmful manipulation

Users must not use the Services to:

  • commit, facilitate, or promote fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, impersonation, extortion, or identity theft;
  • generate deceptive customer-support, debt-collection, investment, medical, legal, employment, or government communications;
  • manipulate an election or civic process, suppress participation, impersonate an official or candidate, or misrepresent the origin of political communications;
  • create false evidence, fabricated admissions, fake emergency calls, misleading endorsements, or non-consensual deepfakes;
  • bypass biometric, voice, account, payment, or access-control systems; or
  • misrepresent generated content as authentic where that misrepresentation could cause material harm.

3. Illegal, exploitative, or dangerous content

Users must not create, upload, store, distribute, solicit, or facilitate content or conduct involving:

  • child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or any non-consensual intimate content;
  • human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or unlawful sexual services;
  • credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorism, violent extremist support, or instructions that materially facilitate serious physical harm;
  • targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or abuse;
  • unlawful discrimination, dehumanization, or hateful conduct directed at protected classes;
  • illegal drugs, weapons, controlled goods, counterfeit goods, or other unlawful commerce;
  • money laundering, sanctions evasion, bribery, or unlawful financial activity;
  • malware, credential theft, destructive code, or instructions intended to compromise systems; or
  • any conduct prohibited by applicable law.

Artistic, educational, journalistic, or documentary context does not excuse illegal conduct or the unauthorized use of a person's identity.

4. Intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights

Users must have all rights necessary for their inputs and intended outputs. Users must not:

  • infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, moral, publicity, privacy, contractual, database, or other rights;
  • upload confidential material without authority;
  • remove copyright-management information or technological protection measures unlawfully;
  • use the Services to create a confusingly similar copy of protected characters, performances, voices, recordings, or brands where permission is required; or
  • collect or expose personal information contrary to law.

Complaints may be submitted under the Copyright and DMCA Policy or to copyright@audimind.ai. Voice and identity complaints need not be framed as copyright claims.

5. No prohibited commerce or marketplace use

The Services must not be used to operate a marketplace, payment facilitator, money-transmission service, crowdfunding service, escrow arrangement, or exchange. Users must not:

  • buy, sell, broker, or auction access to a real person's voice, identity, consent, or services through Audimind;
  • resell Audimind subscriptions, seats, Credits, Boost packages, checkout access, or payment credentials;
  • convert Credits to money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, cash equivalents, or third-party goods or services;
  • solicit or settle payments between users through a workspace or project; or
  • represent that Audimind or any payment provider processes payments for a user's clients.

Any independently contracted human narration, production, or other professional service must be contracted and paid for separately from the Audimind software checkout and is not an Audimind transaction.

6. Billing, Credits, and subscription abuse

Users must not manipulate subscriptions, trials, Credits, metering, refunds, or chargebacks. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • creating or coordinating accounts, identities, workspaces, payment methods, or payment-provider buyer profiles to obtain duplicate benefits or evade limits;
  • exploiting retries, caching, race conditions, delayed webhooks, price mismatches, reversals, or technical defects to obtain uncharged usage;
  • automating purchases, refunds, disputes, or consumption to circumvent eligibility or rate limits;
  • knowingly consuming Credits and then making a false unauthorized-payment or non-delivery claim;
  • transferring project access to disguise resale or prohibited consumption; or
  • interfering with a transaction audit, consent record, entitlement ledger, or Credits lot.

An ordinary billing disagreement or good-faith statutory claim is not abuse. Audimind may apply transaction-level holds, request evidence, reverse affected entitlements, or impose broader restrictions when supported by fraud, unauthorized use, repeated chargebacks, identity anomalies, or unrecovered disputed usage, as described in the Refund Policy and Credits Policy.

7. Security and platform integrity

Users must not:

  • access another account, workspace, project, AI Voice Design asset, or system without authorization;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except under a written Audimind authorization;
  • bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, geographic restrictions, safety measures, or content controls;
  • reverse engineer the Services except to the limited extent a non-waivable law permits;
  • extract models, model weights, system prompts, private datasets, or other users' content;
  • scrape or bulk-harvest the Services in a way not expressly permitted;
  • introduce malware or interfere with service availability;
  • use automated means that impose unreasonable load or violate published API rules; or
  • falsify headers, origin information, metering data, or audit records.

Security issues should be reported to legal@audimind.ai or service@audimind.ai and should not be publicly disclosed before Audimind has a reasonable opportunity to investigate where responsible-disclosure law permits.

8. Workspace responsibilities

Workspace owners and administrators must:

  • invite only authorized members and promptly remove access that is no longer needed;
  • assign roles according to least privilege;
  • ensure members understand applicable project, audio-rights, identity, confidentiality, and billing rules;
  • maintain lawful authority for shared content, recordings, and AI Voice Design assets; and
  • avoid using a workspace to conceal account sharing, resale, or prohibited transactions.

An organization remains responsible for activity by its authorized members. Audimind may preserve necessary audit records when a member is removed.

9. Enforcement

Audimind may investigate suspected violations and may, as reasonably appropriate:

  • warn the user or require corrective action;
  • pause a task, AI Voice Design asset, content item, transaction, Credit lot, workspace, or account;
  • require authorization, identity, or payment evidence;
  • restrict sharing, export, generation, or access;
  • remove or disable content or AI Voice Design assets;
  • reverse improperly obtained benefits;
  • suspend or terminate access; or
  • report conduct to the applicable payment provider, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement where legally required or reasonably necessary.

We consider context, severity, recurrence, user intent, potential harm, legal duties, and the reliability of available evidence. We may take immediate action for child safety, credible threats, fraud, voice impersonation, unauthorized identity representation, serious security risk, or legal necessity.

Audimind may retain relevant records to investigate and document enforcement. Enforcement does not create a duty to monitor every input or output.

10. Reporting and appeal

Report suspected violations to:

Include the relevant account or workspace information, URL or project identifier, description, evidence of rights where applicable, and requested action. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

A user may appeal an enforcement decision by replying to the notice or emailing legal@audimind.ai with the decision reference and supporting evidence. Audimind may maintain restrictions while an appeal is reviewed where necessary to control risk.

11. Changes

We may update this AUP to address new features, risks, provider requirements, or law. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
