Audimind Copyright, DMCA, and Identity Rights Policy

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

Audimind respects copyright and other intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, performance, voice, and identity rights. This Policy explains how rights holders may report content or activity associated with Audimind's websites, software, artificial-intelligence features, workspaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Audimind provides AI Voice Design for original synthetic voices used in audiobook and spoken-audio production. The current version of Audimind does not provide features intended to clone, reproduce, replicate, or create a model of the identifiable voice of a real person. Users must not use AI Voice Design or any other feature to imitate an identifiable person or create deceptive synthetic audio.

This Policy is not legal advice. A knowingly false copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.

1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe material available through the Services infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to Audimind's Copyright and Rights Contact at copyright@audimind.ai.

To allow us to evaluate a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") where applicable, include:

  1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works at one online location are covered;
  3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for Audimind to locate it, such as a public URL, project identifier, output identifier, or workspace and file details;
  4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent, or law; and
  6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Please do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or unrelated personal information. If the material is private, provide enough information for an authorized Audimind reviewer to identify it without publicly disclosing it.

2. Audimind's response

On receiving a substantially complete notice, Audimind may:

  • acknowledge receipt and request missing information;
  • disable or restrict access to identified material;
  • preserve relevant evidence and audit records;
  • notify the affected user or workspace owner;
  • forward the notice and the claimant's contact information to that user where legally appropriate; and
  • take other action required by law or the Terms of Service.

Audimind does not decide ultimate ownership disputes. We may decline to act on a notice that does not identify material available through the Services, lacks required information, is facially invalid, or seeks to resolve a contractual dispute outside our control.

3. Counter-notification

If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@audimind.ai containing:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and telephone number;
  5. consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), or, if your address is outside the United States, consent to a qualifying judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and
  6. a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Where the DMCA procedure applies, Audimind may restore the material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after forwarding a valid counter-notice, unless the original claimant informs us that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the user from the allegedly infringing activity. Audimind may keep material restricted for another valid legal, safety, privacy, voice-rights, or contractual reason.

4. Voice, likeness, privacy, performance, and publicity complaints

A complaint about a person's voice, identity, likeness, performance, privacy, false endorsement, or impersonation need not qualify as a copyright notice. The affected person or authorized representative may email copyright@audimind.ai and should include, where reasonably available:

  • the claimant's identity and relationship to the affected person;
  • the material, recording, AI Voice Design asset, project, or output at issue and information sufficient to locate it;
  • the right or harm asserted and the relevant jurisdiction;
  • whether consent was never given, exceeded, expired, or withdrawn;
  • reliable evidence of identity or authority, with unnecessary information redacted; and
  • the requested action and contact information.

Audimind may request additional evidence, place an identified recording, AI Voice Design asset, or output on hold, restrict sharing or generation, ask the user for rights or authorization evidence, or remove access while a complaint is reviewed. We may refuse to provide access to a disputed recording, AI Voice Design asset, or output to either party when ownership, identity, or authority remains disputed.

Withdrawal of consent does not automatically determine every past contractual or legal question, but Audimind may stop future processing or generation when continued use cannot be justified. Privacy deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy, subject to legal, security, dispute, and backup-retention requirements.

5. AI-assisted outputs

AI-assisted generation does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or legally usable. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining all necessary rights before publication, distribution, commercialization, or use in a high-risk context.

The fact that content was generated, transformed, aligned, reviewed, or stored through Audimind does not transfer third-party rights to the user. Conversely, submitting a rights complaint does not establish that every element of an AI-assisted output is protectable.

Audimind may consider the input, output, prompt, system or feature used, similarity, access controls, rights records, and other relevant evidence. We do not promise that automated similarity detection will identify every infringement or identity violation.

6. Workspaces and private content

Workspace owners and administrators may control access to content within their organization. Before submitting a complaint about private workspace material, an organization should use its internal process where appropriate, but an administrator may not suppress a valid rights or safety complaint.

Audimind may notify the workspace owner when required to investigate, unless notice would create a legal, security, retaliation, or evidence-preservation risk. Removing a member does not require Audimind to erase records needed for audit, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

7. Repeat infringement and abuse

Audimind may suspend or terminate accounts or workspaces of users who repeatedly infringe rights in appropriate circumstances. We may also act on a single severe violation, including deliberate piracy, commercial-scale infringement, unauthorized voice impersonation, fraud, or evasion of prior enforcement.

Audimind may reject or restrict notices and counter-notices that are fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, intended to harass, or knowingly materially false. Nothing in this section prevents a good-faith claimant or user from asserting a statutory right.

8. Preservation and disclosure

Audimind may preserve content, account information, rights evidence, generation records, transaction data, and communications when reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, prevent harm, or enforce the Terms. Access may remain disabled while relevant evidence is preserved.

We disclose information only as described in the Privacy Policy or as legally required. A rights notice may be shared with the affected user so the user can understand and respond to the claim; claimants should therefore avoid including information they do not want shared unless necessary.
